A declaration by the Representatives of the New Earth by voluntary assemblage:

When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bonds which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the universe the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and the rights of Man entitle them, and that these same powers exist anywhere Man exists, including the New Earth, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to seek independence.


We hold these truths to be proved:

======== That Man has equality of opportunity, each and every person.
======== That we have, by our nature as Man, certain inalienable rights; That among these are: Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
======== That to secure these rights, governments are instituted by Man, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

That whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute a new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.

Prudence indeed will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes, and accordingly, experience has shown that Man is more disposed to suffer while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same objective evil, evinces a design to reduce them, under absolute desparation, it is their right to throw off such oppression, in regards to their safety and security. Such has been the patient suffering of the people of the New Earth by the governments of Earth, and the necessity which compels them to expunge their former systems of government.

The history of the present governments of the planet Earth is a history of unremitting injuries and usurpations, among which, appears no single fact, to contradict the uniform tenor of the rest. But all have in direct object the establishment of a tyranny, over the New Earth. Let the facts be submitted to a candid world, let no one be sleeping, let government of the people, for the people, by the people, be forever present on the New Earth.
